Another Entry For Jay Gee's Nook Challenge #5

After my previous lacklustre attempt, I thought I'd try and come up with a better entry for Jay Gee's Nook Challenge #5

And here's my entry.  Sadly, this took me all night to do!  I have a few personal changes underway, so hopefully that will help with my lack of inspiration lately.

Thanks for visiting... and perservering!

Stamp sets - PTI - Mat Stack 1
Cardstock - Crumb Cake, Whisper White
Inks - Bermuda Bay, Basic Black
Accessories - So Saffron ribbon, Big Shot, Polka dots embossing folder, dimensionals

  1. I like the embossing...just makes the card!

  2. So wonderfully simple, the embossing really does make it, and the colours .... and the design, well, everything.

  3. So sorry for your lack of inspiration...but I DO really like how this came together. The dots on the bottom, the way the colors pop on the kraft, the folded ribbon to highlight the sentiment...all work together for a great card!

  4. It's a fabulous CAS card Danielle and the embossing just makes it pop. I would love you to do a tutorial on folding the ribbon this way because mine never seems to work! Thanks for joining us again at Jay Gee's - keep em' coming :)

  5. A simple, yet really stunning card Danielle. It just pops off my monitor and says look at moi! :o)

    Best wishes,

  6. Nice, clean and simple. I enjoy all your work and I am praying that you will get your inspiration back soon. GOD is good all the time and all the time GOD is good. Take care.

  7. This is simple but striking! I love the embossing and the ruffled ribbon peeking out. Fabulous colors! I could see a whole set of these in fun color combos!

  8. This card is awsome too! Have a good one ... Ange

  9. Great one!!! This is simple and nice card... I just love this card. The colors you've chosen for this card are great. I love those ribbon peeking out. Thanks for this great post.
