Another Entry For Jay Gee's Nook Challenge #5

After my previous lacklustre attempt, I thought I'd try and come up with a better entry for Jay Gee's Nook Challenge #5


And here's my entry.  Sadly, this took me all night to do!  I have a few personal changes underway, so hopefully that will help with my lack of inspiration lately.

Materials:
Stamp sets - PTI - Mat Stack 1
Cardstock - Crumb Cake, Whisper White
Inks - Bermuda Bay, Basic Black
Accessories - So Saffron ribbon, Big Shot, Polka dots embossing folder, dimensionals

  3. So sorry for your lack of inspiration...but I DO really like how this came together. The dots on the bottom, the way the colors pop on the kraft, the folded ribbon to highlight the sentiment...all work together for a great card!

  4. It's a fabulous CAS card Danielle and the embossing just makes it pop. I would love you to do a tutorial on folding the ribbon this way because mine never seems to work! Thanks for joining us again at Jay Gee's - keep em' coming :)

  7. This is simple but striking! I love the embossing and the ruffled ribbon peeking out. Fabulous colors! I could see a whole set of these in fun color combos!
