CASE Study Challenge #14

This week's challenge at CASE Study, CASE Study Challenge #14, features a beautiful card by Heather Pulvirenti that features a quote about joy - "Joy is not in things, it is in us".  That quote was the first thing that really struck me about Heather's card, aside from how beautiful it is!  So I thought that I'd use a Sugar Nellie stamp I have called Upside Down... I think you'll agree that it matches the sentiment on Heather's card!

So here is my entry for CASE Study Challenge #14.

I used my Prismacolour pencils to colour the image, and odourless mineral spirits to blend.

Heather's card also featured a gorgeous ruffled ribbon, so I decided to include that as well, just in a different position.

I'm also entering this card in the There She Goes Create A Scene challenge.

I'd love to know what you think!  :-)
