These Ones Are For Me...

I make cards for all sorts of reasons.  Birthdays, holidays, births, just because, challenges and of course, workshops.  But I don't ever make cards for me.  As in, cards that I have no intention of sending to anyone else.  But I was buying some supplies recently and came across an image that just summed up how I've been feeling lately and the kind of thing that I'd send to myself.  I know that sounds a little strange...

I tried to work this image in with all sorts of patterned papers and embellishments, and I just couldn't get it to work.  So they're ultra simple, but I think I like that...

Materials:
Stamp sets - My Favorite Things - My Umbrella
Cardstock - White Cambric Linen, Watercolour paper
Inks - Versamark, Crushed Curry, Bermuda Bay, Blush Blossom, Close to Cocoa

  6. LOVE IT! simplicity great :+) I love the green best - I think I find the yellow too cheery for the sentiment, but then maybe that's a good thing!
