Cheers To Baja Breeze...

Cheers to You is a set that I really haven't used enough, so I thought it was time to get it out!  I've kept this card ultra simple, and even went without a sentiment so it could be used for any occasion.  I got the colour inspiration from a challenge at Simon Says Stamp.

Do you like the hint of Real Red at the bottom of the drink? It's a blast from the past for me - does anyone else like Fruit Tingles Cocktails? Sadly, I can't have them anymore, so a paper version will have to do!

Edited to add

Here's the recipe for a Fruit Tingle:
- 1 nip of vodka
- 1 nip of blue curacao
- lemonade
- 1 nip of grenadine (or raspberry cordial)

Add the grenadine/raspberry cordial last so it sits at the bottom and gives that "Yes, I have a real cocktail, not just a alcoholic fizzy drink" look... it's such a girly drink!!

Materials:
Stamp sets - Cheers to You
Cardstock - Whisper White, Hand Drawn Bundle DSP (Level 3 Hostess), Watercolour Paper
Inks - Baja Breeze, Real Red, Versamark
Accessories - Black embossing powder, Heat tool, Aquapainter, Crystal Effects, Baja Breeze ribbon, Baja Breeze corduroy brad, corner rounder, white gel pen

  1. LOVE this card Danielle! I love the colouring of the little glass and the layout of the card. The background paper is great too! Sadly I don't think I've ever had a fruit tingle cocktail .. sounds delish! My fave was the Midori Splice :)
