Snow Swirled Christmas

I just love the images in Stampin' Up's Snow Swirled.  Even though we have our Christmas in summer, I still love using these wintery images!  And they look so pretty when they're embossed too.

I came across a brilliant tutorial by Michelle Single on creating a Stay Put Bow, which I've used on this card.  It's one of the easiest ways I've seen to use ribbon on a card.  Make sure you check it out!

The Stay Put Bow is created by wrapping the ribbon around the card, pushing the ends of the ribbon through a punched hole and then tying the ends around the ribbon.  The video tutorial is much easier to follow!

Materials:
Card Stock - Old Olive, Kraft
Stamp Set - Snow Swirled
Inks - Versamark, Always Artichoke
Accessories - White embossing powder, heat gun, Whisper White ribbon, hole punch

  1. Love the card. Watched the video on how to do the stay put bow. Very clever and so simple.
