Christmas Tree Box - UPDATE

Wow - who would have thought that the response to this gift box would be so big?!  I've had people from all over the world having a look at this design and passing on their compliments.  Thankyou!  I have had a question today though about having the top and base of the template on separate pages, so I've done that and it's available HERE on Google Docs.
